SHIPPING POLICY 

 

GENERAL INFORMATION 

To ensure timely delivery, contact information including all relevant and/or required information has to be correctly inputted. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers are critical. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

 

 PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. Standard domestic orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.  

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders take approximately 5-7 business days to reach its destination.  

 

SHIPPING

As a courtesy to our customers we offer free shipping, however If you refuse any shipment from us you will be responsible for returning the package to us. 

 

REFUND POLICY  

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. You can return your items up to 12 days after purchase, using your preferred method of shipping. 

  • All returns will be inspected by the Quality Assurance Team before a refund is processed.
  • Items can be returned if they are unworn or unaltered, and must be accompanied by the original packaging, packing label and the reason for the return. 
  • Returns will be processed within 4 business days of receipt. 
  • An email notification will be sent to the purchasing email, if your return meets the criteria stated above. 
  • Please allow up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.
